Peninsula Ford - Meaford has been servicing our Fords (Taurus, Escape, Explorer, Expedition, Club Wagon) and Buick for over 15 years. Their knowledge and expertise have kept our vehicles in tip-top mechanical shape. We have the highest regard and respect for Pat Parrish. He truly does care and provide excellent customer service. Pat takes the time to explain any unexpected problems found, provide a risk assessment and recommendations. This proactive approach and thorough regular maintenance have kept our vehicles running to 350,000+ km (we do a lot of driving!) We'll continue to be a Ford family.

I had my winter tire changed today. It took over 1 hour 30 minutes to make the change, I asked if they had a problem with the truck, the reply was about the valve they have in the rims and that now it takes time to do them. I did not have a chance to reply as another staff started conversation with me, and in the end the cost was 135$. But now I have the opportunity to reply, and I have to tell you that I feel like I was ripped off. I had those tire changed last november, it took about 40 minutes to do them, and the cost was more than half of what I was charged with you guys. I expected that the price would be higher as I was dealing with Ford dealer, but not that high. I feel that your mecanic drag his feet on that one, and I'm not satisfied with your service.
