I then moved to Toronto in 1985 to 1991 when the construction boom started. The advantage of framing in the city was that it was a fast paced environment, with framing up to two house per week.

I then moved to Sudbury to expand my knowledge by learning to build hand cut roofs and stairs. Duplexes and townhouses. I enrolled in a drafting - blueprint course at Cambrian College to improve my trigonometry,math. and drafting skills. I was contracted to build a lighthouse on the Key River at the mouth of Georgian Bay.

  I worked as head framing crew leader for Tundra Design Build to oversee and supervise a 84,000 sq. ft. retirement building in Campbellford, Ont. Where I sequenced 30 men into 5 man crews to construct the project.

I worked for Tundra Design Build to build an $20,000,000 addition and renovate the Lee Manor Retirement Building in Owen Sound. After completion of the project I started building with Laruance Witt. Past President of the Grey - Bruce Building Association.

From there I worked at Lora Bay Between Meaford and Thornbury. I've been building in Meaford and area for over 10 years now. I built the Youth Center In Collingwood for Applevale Properties and DQI Millpoud in Thornbury.

I recently purchased a lot in Meaford to Envision my own Dream! ....So I completely understand what it means to my clients and how they feel when they envision their Dream House. Excitement, Anticipation  Material choice, design changes, cost, budget,upgrading, etc.

I have a number of trades that I work together well with, so project management is something that I enjoy.  My responsibility is to minimize the stress and confusion by co-coordinating all trades so that we minimize cost and meet your deadlines, without you having to worry about the details.

I recently purchased a Haulotte telehandler forklift to expand my business and be more productive.

The biggest question I have for clients is what are your needs? Do you need child friendly environment, are you planning or considering retirement here? Do you need home study capacity? (teenagers). Are you planning to work out of your home? What will your family look like in 5-10 years. e.g. (bathrooms).
