Shopping local and be a win win for you and your local community . But not always as I found out , when I went to make a return of a Christmas present to The Tree Store in Meaford , no returns for refund , and when you talk to the owner she will hang up the phone on you , i guest this is why more and more shoppers go to the big box stores or shop on line

Our store policy has been consistent for many, many years, we do not offer refunds, but we make an extra effort to care for our customers and offered you a full store credit that could be used towards any product in the store and would never expire. We make this clear on our receipt and we have always been consistent and maintained one fair return policy for all.
