Laminate Flooring Facts Why Choose Laminate Flooring?
The three main benefits of laminate flooring are
cost, durability, and installation. Laminate flooring is economical
and yet very durable. There are many styles to choose from, ranging
from hardwood to marble and stone tile. Manufacturers use
sophisticated technology to create extremely realistic-looking floors.
Laminate floors do not need waxing or polishing, they will not fade
from light like hardwood floors, and the surface is stain-resistant
and easy to clean. Installation is very simple, and can be installed
directly on top of any floor surface that is hard and level (including
wood, concrete, tile, and linoleum).

Routine Care and Cleaning
Vacuum laminate floors using the wand attachment. Use a dust mop or wipe with a damp cloth for general cleaning. For
spills, wipe up immediately with a cloth or sponge. In sandy areas or at the beach, sweep or vacuum regularly. When
necessary, use a well-squeezed, damp mop with a Laminate floor cleaner. Caution: Floors can become slippery
when wet. Allow time for the floor to dry after washing. Immediately wipe up wet areas from spills, foreign substances
or wet feet.
DO NOT:
• Use soap-based detergents or "mop and shine" products, as these may leave a dull film on your floor.
• Use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring powder which can scratch your floor.
• Wax or polish your floor.
